Frozen Mango dices should correspond with the definition «IQF», i.е. should be quick frozen fruits with the temperature inside any part of container equal or less minus 18℃. Raw materials used should be fresh and sound, free from deterioration, containing all its essential constituents and sufficiently ripe. Raw material to be selected, inspected, peeled, stoned off and cut before individually quick frozen, and sorted. The Product has to be produced under the sanitary standards condition and practically free from Impurities and free from any technical additives.

Colour: Light yellow to bright yellow, with no distinguish color variations, no brown or oxidized color.
Taste: typical of the raw materials, without any off-taste.
Packing: 10kg/carton or as per customer’s request

Storage & shipment condition: deep frozen, store at less than minus 18℃.
