Product Description
IQF peapod should be produced according to HACCP and good manufacturing practice system. Processed through washing, sorting, blanching, cooling and individually quick frozen. This is a natural product, containing no additives or preservatives. And may therefore be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations. Origin of China.
IQF Peapods are a premium-quality, processed vegetable product that is specifically designed for chefs, cafeterias, and other commercial foodservice. IQF Peapods contain a variety of nutritious vegetables including carrots, snow peas, bamboo shoots, red bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and more. Storage, shelf life and transporting conditions
Products must be kept at a temperature of minus 18℃ or less to maintain its required condition and attain a shelf life of 24 months in unopened packs. Transported also at or under temperature of minus 18℃.
By waterproof cardboard carton with polyethylene liner.
Storage & shipment condition: deep frozen, store at less than minus 18℃.
