Product Description

IQF peapod should be produced according to HACCP and good manufacturing practice system. Processed through washing, sorting, blanching, cooling and individually quick frozen. This is a natural product, containing no additives or preservatives. And may therefore be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations. Origin of China.

IQF Peapods are a premium-quality, processed vegetable product that is specifically designed for chefs, cafeterias, and other commercial foodservice. IQF Peapods contain a variety of nutritious vegetables including carrots, snow peas, bamboo shoots, red bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and more. By including a selection of IQF Peapods in a dish, chefs and foodservice professionals can provide a complete meal while increasing their productivity.

Storage, shelf life and transporting conditions

Products must be kept at a temperature of minus 18℃ or less to maintain its required condition and attain a shelf life of 24 months in unopened packs. Transported also at or under temperature of minus 18℃.

By waterproof cardboard carton with polyethylene liner.

Storage & shipment condition: deep frozen, store at less than minus 18℃.
