Frozen chestnut kernels should correspond with the regulation of Food Processing Requirements, should be quick frozen fruits with the temperature inside any part of container equal or less minus 18℃.
Raw materials used should be fresh , sound , free from deterioration, containing all its essential constituents sufficiently ripen. Raw material to be selected, inspected, washedl cut, peeled by blanching and individually quick frozen, and sorted. The Product has to be uniform in Quality, and practically free from Impurities.
Production must have been executed in accordance with HACCP Standards.
